libseccomp-dev software package provides high level interface to Linux seccomp filter (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libseccomp-dev
libseccomp-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libseccomp-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libseccomp-dev *
You will get with libseccomp-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
